IMF's PFM blog has an interesting post on budget classifications.
Just skimming through Mauritius' Ministry of Finance found the following Medium Term Expenditure Framework for 2005. In the most recent budget the MTEF has disappeared- and now it is a Programme-Based Budget.
I wonder whether it was on account of advise from the Fund.
